ToniCes respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information ToniCes collects, how it is used, when it may be shared, and the choices you have when using the site.

If you create an account, ToniCes may store information such as:

Character follows and favorites are private to your account. Collections are private by default unless you choose to make a collection public.
Public comments, public profile information, public collections and public achievements may be visible to other visitors or members according to the feature's settings.
Membership connections
If you connect a Patreon or SubscribeStar account, ToniCes may receive and store information needed to verify your membership and provide the correct access level.
This may include:
- The membership provider you connected
- External account or membership identifiers
- Display name supplied by the provider
- Membership status and tier or entitlement information
- Connection, verification and synchronization dates
- Authorization information required to maintain the connection
Where authorization tokens are required, they are stored in protected form and are used only to communicate with the relevant membership provider.
ToniCes does not receive your full payment-card details from Patreon or SubscribeStar.
Analytics and site usage
ToniCes uses first-party analytics to understand how the site is being used and to improve it.
This may include:
- Anonymous session identifiers
- Page views
- Landing pages
- Referring pages or sources
- UTM campaign parameters
- Whether a publication was actually viewed on screen

ToniCes' own analytics are designed not to store raw IP addresses or browser fingerprints.
Hosting, security, content-delivery or infrastructure providers may still process technical information such as IP addresses temporarily where necessary to deliver the site, prevent abuse, diagnose problems or protect the service.

If you contact ToniCes, submit a report, request support, discuss a commission, or send a copyright or legal notice, the information you provide may be retained as needed to respond, keep appropriate records, prevent abuse or comply with legal obligations.

- Patreon and SubscribeStar membership verification

Connecting Patreon or SubscribeStar is optional. If you disconnect a provider, ToniCes may retain limited historical records necessary for security, audit, entitlement history or legal purposes.
6. When Information May Be Shared
ToniCes may share information only where reasonably necessary, including:
- With service providers that operate infrastructure or features on behalf of ToniCes
- With Patreon or SubscribeStar when you choose to connect or synchronize your membership
- With advertising providers where advertising technology is enabled

- In connection with a future transfer, restructuring or sale of the service, subject to applicable law
ToniCes does not sell its member database or personal information as a business.
7. Public and Private Information
Some features are private by design and others are public.

- Character follows are private
- Favorites are private
- Collections are private by default, but may be made public where the feature allows it
- Comments are public unless removed or hidden
- Public profile fields may be visible to other visitors
- Eligible earned achievements may appear on public profiles
Do not place information in a public field that you do not want other people to see.
8. Data Retention
ToniCes keeps information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy.
Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information. For example, some account data may be deleted when an account is removed, while security, moderation, membership, transaction, copyright or legal records may be retained for longer where reasonably necessary or legally required.
Anonymous or aggregated information that no longer identifies a particular user may be retained for analytics and site improvement.
9. Security
ToniCes uses reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect account and membership information.
These include access controls and protected storage of sensitive membership authorization information.
No online system can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for protecting your own login credentials and for notifying ToniCes if you believe your account has been compromised.
10. Your Choices and Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, such as the right to:
- Request access to information held about you
- Correct inaccurate information
- Request deletion of certain information
- Object to or restrict certain processing
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent

11. Adults Only
ToniCes is intended only for adults who meet the minimum legal age required to access adult content in their location.
The site is not directed to children or minors, and ToniCes does not knowingly provide accounts to users who do not meet the applicable age requirement.
If ToniCes becomes aware that an account belongs to someone who is not legally permitted to use the service, the account may be removed.
12. International Users
ToniCes is available to users in different countries.
