ToniCes is an online platform primarily featuring original computer-generated 3D artwork and fictional characters.
Any sexually explicit visual depictions produced and published by ToniCes are entirely computer-generated and do not depict actual human beings performing actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct.
No actual human performer participates in the creation of these depictions.
Accordingly, with respect to such wholly computer-generated artwork, the record-keeping requirements applicable to depictions of actual human performers under 18 U.S.C. §§ 2257 and 2257A and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 do not apply.
ToniCes does not permit sexual content depicting minors or characters represented as minors in sexual situations.
